Who we supply.

Our clients are the teams placing the POs — not the end consumers. We work across five buyer types, each with different priorities. Find where you fit and see how we help.

Manufacturers

If your business makes something that has electronics inside, you're buying components and modules on some cadence — daily, weekly, or per project. We serve both contract manufacturers buying components against customer BOMs, and OEMs buying for their own products.

Priorities we hear most: authenticity (no counterfeits reaching your line), consolidated shipments (fewer POs, fewer receiving events), reliable lead times (your production schedule depends on parts arriving on time), and honest alternates (when the specced part isn't available, what's the right substitute).

Distributors and resellers

Regional distributors and online resellers who buy finished products in bulk and move them to their own customer base. You're focused on margin, inventory turn, and not getting stuck with stock that won't sell.

We support by sourcing competitively, helping you diversify supplier risk across products, running QC before shipment (so returns stay low), and flagging when a product category is seeing price compression or new entrants you should know about.

R&D teams and hardware startups

Engineering teams designing new products. You need prototype parts, small-batch runs for engineering verification, and eventually scaled production sourcing as the product matures.

Your challenges are different from a production buyer's: you need small quantities, you iterate fast, you may not yet know exactly what you need. We work with you through the phases — from 10-unit sample builds through pilot production (100–500 units) to full production (thousands).

Importers and e-commerce sellers

Smaller-scale buyers bringing electronics into your domestic market to sell online or through retail. First-time importers often land here. The biggest risks for you are product quality (the Amazon review is merciless), import paperwork (customs delays kill cash flow), and supplier reliability (the supplier who vanishes after the deposit).

We handle the sourcing, the QC, the shipping, and the clearance. You receive goods at your warehouse ready to list for sale.

MRO and maintenance buyers

You're maintaining industrial equipment, building management systems, or installed product lines. You don't usually source electronics — until something breaks or goes end-of-life, and suddenly you need a specific part fast.

This is where our custom sourcing and EOL capabilities matter most. We find the obsolete IC, the discontinued motor, the no-longer-made display module, through whatever channel it takes. Keeping your equipment running is the only metric that matters.
